Access & Permissions

Sparrow's dashboard has three tiers of access, so the right people can configure things and everyone else can still see what's going on without being able to break anything.

Admins

Anyone with real Discord Administrator on a server, or a role your team configures as a Sparrow admin role, can create and edit panels, change settings, and everything else in the dashboard.

Support staff

Roles added as ticket support — either guild-wide or scoped to one specific panel — can claim and handle tickets, but can't change panel settings unless they're also an admin.

Everyone else

Everyone else who signs in sees a read-only view of the dashboard — nothing they do ever saves. It's there so anyone curious can look around without staff needing to hand out real access first.
