Staff Activity
A list of every change your staff made through Sparrow in the last 30 days: who did it, who it was done to, what changed and the reason they gave. Use it to check what happened if someone's XP or roles look wrong.
Where to find it
Open Staff Activity in the dashboard, under Server. The newest changes are at the top, 50 to a page.
What it shows

| Leveling | XP and level changes with /xp and /level, changes on the web leaderboard, imports from other bots, and backup restores. |
| Temporary Roles | Roles given or ended early with /temprole. |
Each change shows the staff member, the member it was done to, the before and after (like 1,890 → 1,900 XP), the reason if one was given, and where it was done: a command, the web leaderboard or the dashboard.
More modules will be added. Changes made in Discord itself, like giving a role by hand or banning someone, aren't in Staff Activity. Turn on Logs for those.
Filters
- Module: only changes from one module.
- Staff: only changes made by one staff member. You can also click their name on any change.
- Member: click a member's name to see every change made to them. Press Show everyone to go back.
How long it's kept
Changes are kept for 30 days, then deleted automatically. Changes made before Staff Activity was turned on for your server aren't in it.
Who can see it
Server admins and Sparrow Master Roles. Members never see it.
Premium
Staff Activity is a Premium feature.
