Applications

An application panel is a standalone Apply button — separate from tickets — for staff, whitelist, or clan roles that need real review before anyone gets in.

Creating a panel

From Applications → Create Panel, set a review channel (where submitted applications get posted), then add staff roles who can review, and optionally required or bypass roles that control who's even allowed to apply. Or start from the Staff Application template instead of a blank panel.

Questions

Add questions to ask before someone applies — text, dropdown, user/role/channel select, or checkbox — reordered by drag and drop. Every question needs its text filled in before the panel will save.

Roles

Staff roles decide who can review; required and bypass roles decide who can apply at all; blocked roles shut a group out entirely. A bypass role always wins over a blocked one, in case a member ends up holding both. Role Rules handle anything that needs to grant or revoke a role depending on the outcome.

Log channel & review requests

Every Approve or Deny can post a record to a panel-specific log channel, and optionally follow up with a star-rating DM through the shared Review System — either the server's shared Application-category message, or a custom one written just for that panel.

Reviewing applications

Approve, Deny, Connect with Applicant, and History all work from the buttons on the review post, or from Discord directly with /application accept, /application deny, and /application list. Staff can also proactively invite someone with /create application, which DMs them the Apply button directly.

History & settings

Application History lists every past application, searchable and filterable by panel or decision. In Application Settings, set Application Admin Roles (full panel management, separate from per-panel staff roles), a cap on pending applications per user, a cooldown between applications, and the server-wide default header and footer new panels start with.
