Templates

A template is a panel with its message, button and settings already filled in for a job like general support or billing. Start from one instead of a blank panel.

Browsing templates

Open Templates in the sidebar and pick Ticket, Application or Giveaway Templates. Open any card to see what it looks like and what's included.

Importing

Click Import Template and choose a channel. For tickets, that's where the panel is posted and tickets open. For applications, it's the review channel, plus the channel for the Apply button if you post it right away. You can pick support or staff roles now or later.

Import & Edit vs. Post Panel Now

Import & Edit creates the panel and opens it in the editor so you can change things before posting. Post Panel Now creates it and posts it to Discord straight away.

After importing

A panel made from a template is a normal panel. Edit, repost or delete it like any other.

Giveaway Templates

A Giveaway Template doesn't create anything by itself. It opens the Create Giveaway form with the duration, number of winners and message filled in, and some add entry rules, like a minimum account age to keep alt accounts out. Add the prize, check the channel, roles and schedule, then save it. There are nine: Quick, Flash, Multi-Winner, Weekly, Goal, Nitro, Game, Loyal Members and Milestone.

Your Own Giveaway Templates

Set a giveaway up the way you like it, then choose Save as Template at the top of the form and give it a name. You can also save any giveaway you already ran from its own page. It keeps the prize, message, winners, length, roles, entry rules and button. It doesn't keep the channel or dates, so you pick those each time. Your saved templates show under Your templates on the Giveaway Templates page, where you can use, rename or delete them. You can keep 5, or 15 with Premium. If Premium ends, templates past 5 stay and still work, but you can't save new ones until you're back under 5.
