Templates
Templates give you a real, working panel to start from instead of a blank one — a message, a button, and a set of settings already filled in for a specific job, like general support or billing.
Browsing templates
From Templates in the sidebar, pick Ticket Templates or Application Templates, then open any card to see exactly what it looks like and what's included before importing it.
Importing
Click Import Template and choose a channel — for tickets that's where the panel posts and where tickets open; for applications it's the review channel submissions go to, plus the channel the Apply button itself posts in if you post right away. You can also pick support or staff roles up front, or leave that for later.
Import & Edit vs. Post Panel Now
Import & Edit creates the panel and drops you into the normal editor to fine-tune anything before it goes live. Post Panel Now does the same, then immediately posts it to Discord — use it when the template's defaults are already exactly what you want.
After importing
A panel created from a template is a completely normal panel afterward — there's nothing template-specific left to track. Edit, repost, or delete it exactly like one you built by hand.
