FAQ

A FAQ panel is a Discord message where members can browse or search your server's questions and answers. You build it on the dashboard and post it with one command.

Building a panel

Create a panel on the FAQ page in the dashboard, then add questions and put them into categories. Each question has its own answer. You can add a button that opens a channel, a link, or one of your Ticket or Application panels.

Posting it

Once a panel is ready, run /faqpanel post in the channel you want it in and pick your panel. Only server admins (Administrator or Manage Server) can do this. Use /faqpanel list to see every panel and where each one is posted.

Search and combining panels

Turn on search so members can look up a question by keyword. You can also add a FAQ panel's button to a Ticket or Application panel, or the other way around.

Turning a panel off

Switch off Panel Enabled on the panel's General tab while you rework your answers. Sparrow asks for a message, like "This FAQ is being updated. Please check back soon." Members who use the panel see it, and only they can. Leave it empty and they see "This panel is closed right now."
