Setup

Five steps from a fresh server to your first live ticket panel.

   Sign in with Discord

   Head to the Sparrow dashboard and sign in with your Discord account — any Discord user can sign in, no invite required just to look around.

   Pick your server

   The server picker shows every server you're in, split into two groups: ones where Sparrow is already added, and ones where it isn't yet.

   Add Sparrow, then set it up

   For a new server, use the invite link to add the bot, then click "Set up Sparrow here" from the dashboard to finish connecting it.

   Create your first ticket panel

   From Ticket System → Panels, create a panel, choose thread or channel mode, and pick who your support roles are.

5. 5

   Post it, and you're live

   Post the panel to a channel in your server — from that moment on, your community can open tickets straight from Discord.
