Bot Profile
Change how Sparrow looks in your server: its nickname, avatar, banner, bio and name style. Only your server sees these changes. Sparrow looks normal everywhere else.
Setting it up
- Open Bot Profile in the dashboard, just below Dashboard.
- Fill in what you want to change. Anything left empty stays as Sparrow's normal one.
- Check the preview on the right, then press Save Changes. It shows in Discord within a few seconds.
What you can change

Name style
Pick a font (Tempo, Sakura, Jellybean, Modern, Medieval, 8bit or Vampyre), then an effect: Solid, Gradient, Neon, Toon, Pop or Glow. Gradient uses two colors and the others use one.
This is a new Discord feature and is marked Experimental. Discord may change or remove it at any time. The preview on the dashboard is close, but Discord's own fonts look a bit different.
The nickname permission
To change its nickname, Sparrow needs the Change Nickname permission. Most servers give it to everyone, but some turn it off. If Sparrow doesn't have it, the Bot Profile page tells you and won't save a nickname until you give it to Sparrow's role in Server Settings > Roles. Then press Check again. The avatar, banner, bio and name style don't need it.
Status and activity
Sparrow's activity, Watching /help, can't be changed per server. Discord gives a bot one status and activity for every server it's in.
Limits and reset
- Discord allows 20 profile changes every 5 minutes in a server. If you hit the limit, the page tells you how long to wait.
- Reset to default puts back Sparrow's normal name, avatar, banner and name style, and clears the bio.
- Only server admins and Sparrow Master Roles can change the profile.
